My Story

I’m a working mom of two.

And my journey into ADHD support didn’t begin with behavior, it began with survival.

My child first faced something no parent expects:

a brain tumor.

Those years were filled with therapies, delayed speech, learning challenges, and milestones rebuilt slowly.

When stability finally began to return, another layer appeared: ADHD.

Suddenly parenting meant advocacy, emotional regulation support, restructuring routines, working with schools - all while raising my other child, working, and trying not to lose myself.

I know what it feels like to carry everything.

And I also know that things can change, not because life becomes easy, but because you finally have the right support, systems, and compassion.

Is this program right for me if I'm already overwhelmed ?

Yes, especially if you’re overwhelmed.

This program is designed because you’re already carrying a lot.
The lessons are short, the tools are practical, and the pace is gentle. You’re not expected to do everything perfectly or keep up at all costs.

You move at a pace that works for your energy and life.

How much time will I need each week?

Most moms spend 1–2 hours per week, depending on how deeply they want to engage.

  • Videos are short and ADHD-friendly

  • Worksheets are optional but helpful

  • You can pause, revisit, or skip weeks if needed

This program fits into real life, not the other way around.

What if I can’t attend the group support calls live?

That’s completely okay.

All group calls will be recorded, so you can watch the replay at a time that suits you.
There’s no pressure to show up live to “keep up” or prove commitment.

Support is flexible just like the rest of the program.

Is this program therapy or medical treatment?

No.
This program is coaching and educational support, not therapy or medical care.
